Yes, and you don't need to drill. The barrel comes with two 3/4" NPT bulkheads, a plug for the top inlet and a pre-filter, so any chiller with a 3/4" hose connection can attach. What does the Ice Barrel 300 warranty cover?
Ice Barrel calls it a limited lifetime warranty for the original buyer. If the barrel has a material defect under intended use, Ice Barrel repairs or replaces it, but you pay shipping. Excluded:
- cosmetic wear (fading, scratches, dents)
- weather damage, including freezing
- improper installation, misuse and unauthorized modification
- commercial use without written consent
- delamination (bubbling) after the first year
The same warranty page also says the lifetime warranty "is limited to 3 years," so confirm the term with Ice Barrel before you rely on it. The Ice Barrel chiller has its own one-year warranty.
